About the Role
As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data and software integrations with existing clients to streamline the Raptor Technologies’ application processes.
Responsibilities
Consulting with clients following the sale to collect data and other information required to customize software and data integrations.
Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely integrations of software and data applications.
Communicating with clients throughout the software integration process to obtain feedback and approval.
Customizing software and data integrations based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
Providing client support with data validation or integration testing.
Identify potential risks with an integration and providing resolutions.
Conduct virtual trainings for clients on performing our integrations.
Updating key stakeholders on any deliverable or project milestone completions.
Act as a subject matter expert on integrations for all departments and collaborators.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related or technical field.
2+ years of relevant experience in a project management and customer centric role.
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think technically.
Excellent deductive reasoning skills.
Strong soft skills are a must.
Customer centric.
Understanding of Software Integrations is a plus.
The following experience is strongly preferred: SQL scripting, data migrations, webhooks, integration patterns and protocols such as REST, SOAP, SFTP, and EDI
