Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships while managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Present and demonstrate SEO services and solutions to potential clients

  • Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations

  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports

  • Stay current with SEO industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or related services

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online business strategies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SEO or digital marketing services

  • Established network within the digital marketing industry

  • Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz

  • Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
