Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry, and the ability to build strong client relationships while managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Present and demonstrate SEO services and solutions to potential clients
Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports
Stay current with SEO industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or related services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online business strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling SEO or digital marketing services
Established network within the digital marketing industry
Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
