User Experience Researcher & Designer
The Role
We are looking for a self-organizing and autonomous User Experience professional who wants to create successful products from the ground up and help define the future of our product and business.
How We Work: The Product Operating Model
Working in a cross-functional product trio (Product Manager, Tech Lead, Product Designer).
We focus on outcomes, not outputs.
We believe in formal experimentation and evolutionary design—we ship to learn, and we want to iterate based on data, not opinion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Discovery& Research (80%)
Lead Discovery: Plan and execute generative and evaluative research methods (user interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys).
Workshop Facilitation: Run dynamic workshops with stakeholders and users to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
Information Architecture (IA): Master the complexity of our CRM data. You will define how users navigate and find information, ensuring our structure scales as the product grows.
Synthesis: Translate fuzzy user feedback into clear, actionable insights (User Journeys, Service Blueprints, Empathy Maps, etc…).
2. Prototyping& Definition (20%)
Wireframing & Prototype: Create rapid wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to test hypotheses.
Concept Validation: Put rough ideas in front of users quickly to validate viability and desirability before we write a line of code.
Collaboration: Work side-by-side with engineers to ensure feasibility and with Product Managers to ensure desirability & viability.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX Design, UX Research, and Information Architecture, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software.
"Self-Starter" Mentality: You don’t wait for permission or a ticket to start working. You identify gaps in our understanding and go fill them.
IA Mastery: You are not intimidated by complex data relationships. You enjoy organizing chaos into clarity.
Research Toolbox: You are comfortable running a workshop for 10-30 people or a 1:1 interview with a VP of Sales or Board level director.
Functional Design Skills: Proficient in Figma, Miro, or similar tools. You can build a clean wireframe that communicates interaction design clearly for engineers to implement.
Experimentation Mindset: You understand that the first version is rarely the right version. You are comfortable shipping MVPs to gather data.
Strong Cross Team Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly with internal and client Stakeholders as well as Users and Engineers to help build the right product and features.
