Who you are

You are a seasoned creative professional and a natural leader, with a proven track record of delivering standout visuals across social, digital, and OOH platforms. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-quality creative output with strategic thinking and mentorship.

What you’ll do

  • Creative Leadership: Lead projects from concept to delivery, bringing ideas to life through eye-catching and meaningful designs and campaign visuals in both Arabic and English. You will act as a key player in the delivery of creative designs and ideas across social, digital, and OOH platforms

  • Mentorship & Development: Mentor and provide guidance to junior graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that promotes their skill development and growth. You will be approachable and willing to help and inspire others on the team

  • Brand & Quality Control: Own the maintenance and evolution of brand's visual identity, ensuring a high standard of quality, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail across all communication channels, including OOH. You will conduct thorough reviews of all design work to ensure it meets the highest standards and aligns with project objectives

  • Project & Time Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines. You will manage the versioning of print files for OOH advertising to ensure consistency and adaptability across various formats and dimensions

  • Strategic Design & Collaboration: Work closely with social media managers, creative teams, and client servicing to deliver strategic creative solutions. You will translate client requirements into captivating designs, and stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to create innovative and relevant content that encourages interaction and engagement

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience in the MENA region, with a strong focus on social media content and extensive experience in OOH advertising

  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver design projects across social media, digital, and OOH

  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a solid understanding of motion graphic designer workflows and illustration skills

  • Creativity & Leadership: The ability to lead on projects from concept to delivery, with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of originality, and proven leadership and mentorship abilities

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
