People Operations Manager
SUMMARY
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our Operations team. You will be involved in the whole employee life-cycle and take over different projects that touch different topics such as engagement, DEI or benefits. By being involved in every aspect of the employee journey you will have a direct impact on the company's growth and further development. You will be reporting to the People Operations Lead.
Full-time - 100% remote - Location: Serbia
This is a remote position, but we cannot hire outside of Serbia for this position.
Rasa cannot provide work authorization (visa sponsorship) for this position.
ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re hiring a People Operations Manager to ensure we have the best employee experience provided to our employees as well as our candidates globally. The role plays a key part in our organization to be able to create an inclusive work environment and deliver the best support possible in every aspect of the employee cycle across the company. As a People Operations Manager, you'll make an impact on your team by:
Being the go-to person for employment topics on a day-to-day basis for all our entities with a main focus on Serbia.
Guiding employees through the whole employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, payroll, offboarding, administration and visa-related requests.
Being responsible for managing and updating of our internal people systems (e.g. BambooHR).
Helping build and implement a system to support an inclusive and diverse community throughout the company.
Be a part of different people projects (e.g. engagement topics)
ABOUT YOU
You're passionate to create the best employee experience possible by taking ownership of different invitations and want to foster an inclusive work environment.
You’re an expert of the employment laws in Serbia
You have experience managing payroll
Experience in working with an HRIS, preferable with BambooHR
Exceptional communication skills - you are able to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Good stakeholder management skills

MEET YOUR TEAM
This role sits within our Operations department, which is managed by our VP, Operations. This role will be lead by our People Operations Lead. While you are located in Serbia you will still collaborate with stakeholders across the company and different locations, including the UK, US, Germany and France.
