The Relational Life Institute (RLI) was founded by renowned family therapist and bestselling author Terry Real. We train therapists, coaches, and mental health professionals worldwide in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) - a transformative approach to couples therapy and relationship healing. We also offer online workshops, courses, and programs for couples and individuals seeking deeper connection in their relationships.

Our goal is to build a sustainable, growing organization that will continue training clinicians in the RLT method for years to come - creating lasting impact on how people connect and relate to one another.

The Opportunity

We've scaled our profitable Meta ad spend from $30k to $75k/month over the last few months - and we're just getting started. Your goal: Scale up our adspend - profitably - to bring therapists, coaches, and couples into our ecosystem.

This isn't a media buying role. You'll own the entire growth funnel - from ad creative strategy to landing page optimization to being involved in new offer and funnel development. You'll work at the intersection of data, creative, and conversion optimization to build the systems and funnels that fuel our growth. We have an internal tech team as well as external agencies to help you with that!

This role needs someone who lives and breathes funnels - As of now we use webinars, summits, low-ticket workshop funnels. We are looking for a person that knows all about VSLs, OTOs, Order Bumps, email sequences etc!

What You'll Own

Primary Responsibility: Scaling Adspend and Creating/Improving Funnels

  • Own and scale our monthly ad spend

  • Direct our media buying agencies 

  • Collaborate with our tech and creative internal teams

Micro & Macro

The ideal candidate can move effortlessly between micro hands-on work (like setting up an A/B split test on an LP or making sure the make.com integrations work) and macro strategic thinking (like planning the next course/offer we launch as an organisation in collaboration with our CEO). 

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or funnel optimization

  • Proven track record scaling paid acquisition to $100k+/month profitably

  • Deep understanding of multi-step funnels: webinars, VSLs, challenges, lead magnets, tripwires, upsells, email sequences

  • Experience in online education, coaching, or course businesses

  • Comfortable with the full funnel: from ad creative strategy to landing page conversion to email nurture to sales

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with funnel-building tools (we use WordPress/Elementor, but experience with ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or similar is fine)

  • Understanding of marketing automation (we use Ontraport, Make, N8N)

  • Comfortable with analytics platforms and data analysis, basic understanding of statistics
