Junior Talent & People Partner

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Junior Talent & People Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for internal recruitment as well as helping out with people operations. Your role will have a strong collaboration with talents and internal teams to maintain and improve the candidates’ and employees’ experience as part of our company’s goals. The role and the company will evolve and grow together.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace.

  • Maintain employee files and records

  • Advertise vacancies via our applicant tracking system and careers site, as well as via LinkedIn, to attract the best candidates 

  • Use sourcing channels to fulfil priority or niche requirements 

  • Manage all vacancies and candidates within the agreed process and timescales 

  • Maintain candidate talent pools for volume and difficult-to-fill requirements in a specific business area(s)

  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong collaboration and alignment 

  • Build an understanding of global demographics and geographical challenges and apply this knowledge to improve the speed and quality of recruitment delivery

  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process in a positive way, ensuring that they remain advocates of Remofirst, regardless of the outcome 

  • Offer best practice guidance to hiring managers, empowering them to support the process

  • Schedule, conduct and document interviews to ensure that the candidate screening process is followed effectively 

  • Arrange selection events with hiring managers and candidates within agreed service levels

  • Deliver constructive and objective feedback to candidates following selection events 

  • Support other members of the team as required, ensuring the overall recruitment process is as consistent as possible 

  • Take responsibility for personal diary management, effective prioritisation and allocation of work ensuring the recruitment process adheres to the agreed service level

  • There will be some adhoc People Operations things to help out with

What you'll need

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruiting and some experience in People Operations

  • The knack for spotting great talent and sourcing candidates for roles that we are hiring for

  • Strong record of hiring a range of roles - Tech & Commercial, and ideally globally 

  • Experience with ATS (ideally Lever)

  • Experience in international HR, Payroll, Global Mobility, or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.

  • Remote working experience is a plus

  • Advanced English is a must.

You will need to be good at structuring your work day and tasks to make sure you accomplish all those things whilst maintaining a work-life balance.

  • Independent and autonomous: as we work, we’re naturally independent. As much as we’re connected, you will also need to use your initiative to solve problems and get answers; this also means reaching out to us to get help or confirm a solution.

  • Empathetic: you need excellent people skills to connect and motivate yourself and others around you. You will use your empathic abilities to handle all sorts of conversations with multiple audiences.

  • Motivated: we want our team to be passionate about our mission. Freedom of work applies not only to our customers but to ourselves. Additionally, you will need motivation and initiative to identify and/or support tasks that need to be improved without being asked.

  • Organizational skills to manage tasks that need to be completed by different people and departments.
