The Solutions Consultant will work closely with the sales and product teams to demonstrate the value and capabilities of our AI-driven SaaS solutions to potential customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can solve their business challenges.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and technical needs. Develop tailored presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our AI-powered SaaS solutions can address these needs.
Work with clients to design and configure solutions based on their specific requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the solution's capabilities, benefits, and ROI.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and presentations, highlighting the key features, functionalities, and differentiators of our AI-powered solutions.
Lead the development of Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives to validate the solution’s impact and feasibility, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
Provide technical expertise during the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects. Help identify pain points, propose appropriate solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
Build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the client organization, including technical teams, business leaders, and executives.
Stay up to date on industry trends, AI advancements, and competitive landscape to provide relevant insights and position our solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-sales, and assist in preparing proposals, RFPs, and other technical documentation.
What You Will Bring
5+ years of proven experience driving results in pre-sales consulting, solution engineering, or technical sales within SaaS or AI-based software solutions. Experience in supply chain risk management is highly desirable.
Hands-on technical experience with SaaS or AI-based solutions. A solid understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) and their application in business processes.
Experience in supply chain risk management or adjacent domain strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and develop creative, tailored solutions.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and influence decision-makers at various levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, remote global team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MEDDPICC, MEDDIC or similar certifications desired.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), SaaS platforms, AI development tools, and technical presentation tools.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration frameworks.
Experience in handling complex sales cycles and large enterprise deals.
Understanding of AI solutions - LLM, SLM, Agentic platforms.
