What you will do

As an Account Executive covering Netherlands & Flanders, you will be a key driver in empowering fashion and textile businesses to embrace transparency and sustainability through using the Retraced platform. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, tailor solutions that align with their sustainability goals, and help them navigate the path to more ethical supply chains.

You will:

  • Lead pre-qualified prospects from a platform demo to closed deals, collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success

  • Create strategies designed to achieve yearly sales targets

  • Build long-term relationships with key buyer personas to close deals

  • Act as a trusted advisor for fashion sustainability

  • Attend trade shows and visit high-value customers

  • Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed sales records in HubSpot

  • Analyze sales data and experiment with innovative growth tactics

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments through continuous learning

  • Provide market insights to the marketing and product teams to refine strategies

Who you are

  • You have proven closing skills in B2B SaaS Sales

  • Business Development, opening skills, managing 360° sales responsibility

  • You already have experience with Sustainability, Supply chain, or Fashion

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (additional languages are a plus)

  • You probably already have a personal Interest in sustainability

  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing

  • Integrity and professionalism, especially when working remotely and advising customers

  • If you have knowledge of fashion sustainability in supply chains it is highly desirable
