Our sales motion is modern and pragmatic: many deals are transactional, and close quickly. Your job is to create qualified revenue opportunities, not calendar noise.

Your mission

Convert demand and active prospects into qualified revenue opportunities, with speed, clarity, and zero friction for the buyer.

What you’ll do

You’ll work across inbound, self-serve, and outbound pipeline, with one clear goal: create high-quality opportunities.

  • Turn engagement into qualified opportunities from:

    • Inbound (forms, chat, replies)

    • Self-serve users (Paid Trial, Pay-as-you-go)

    • Outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) and referrals

  • Run fast discovery (often ≤ 15 minutes) to confirm:

    • ICP fit

    • Use case

    • Buying intent and urgency

    • Best next step

  • Create clean, well-documented opportunities for AEs:

    • Clear context (use case, scope, urgency, decision process)

    • Structured notes and next steps in the CRM

  • Follow up relentlessly

  • Keep the CRM clean and actionable

  • Share weekly feedback:

    • Objections you hear

    • Messaging that works (or doesn’t)

    • Segments that convert best

How success is measured

We care about outcomes, not activity vanity metrics.

  • Qualified opportunities created

  • Self-serve conversion (you redirect people to pay directly by their own on the dashboard, but your human touch create TRUST)

  • Opportunity quality and velocity

Booking a meeting is not always required. Your job is to choose the lowest-friction path to revenue.

Remuneration

  • Fixed + variable compensation

  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40,000 – $80,000, depending on performance

  • Clear targets, transparent rules, no moving goalposts
