Payments Operations Manager

Requirements

  • You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our operations team. 

  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions. 

  • What you will be doing Manage payments operations and monitor all related activity, investigate/resolve discrepancies and suspicious activities. 

  • Subscription Management ensuring seamless recurring billing processes, reducing payment failures, and enhancing subscriber retention.

  • Perform data analysis to develop insights, identify growth and risk mitigation opportunities on the payments side. 

  • Define OKRs, KPIs, SLAs and performance standards aligned with strategic needs to ensure results are delivered. Work cross-functionally with a number of teams – including data, dev, growth, product, legal, finance, customer support, etc – to build integrations, products, drive process enhancements and resolve queries related to payments. 

  • Project management of special projects and value-added programs in the operations area. 

  • Build and own operational relationships with key partners such as our payment providers. Propose new product features or improvements, identify gaps, feature enhancements and opportunities. 

The perfect candidate:

  • You are a payments expert with deep expertise in the subscription ecosystem and at least, 5 years of experience working as a PM leading core products. 

  • Knowledge of and experience with payment technologies and subscription based products (app, web). 

  • You feel comfortable in a changing environment and adapt easily. There are many paths to success, lets go get it! 

  • You challenge yourself and others. 

  • You’re a go-getter person who wants to grow up and achieve goals. 

  • Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, and carry out well-structured, data-informed reasoning. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proficiency in English both written and oral is a must. 

  • You are able to communicate and collaborate efficiently not only within your team, but also with other teams and all relevant stakeholders. 

  • A “get things done” mindset. 

  • You are highly organized, able to make thoughtful but quick decisions, and apply them in an efficient manner. 

  • Proven ability to successfully drive small- to medium-sized projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.

  • Experience in owning and delivering business KPIs Independent: You don't need hand-holding to get things done but know when to ask for help. 

  • Comfortable working outside of your comfort zone when you have to. 

  • Focus on accomplishing big wins. 

Valuable Experience 

Aware and can make sense of industry metrics like LTV, AOV or CPA. Previous experience in e-commerce. Ability to use query languages to answer basic product questions. Ability to write simple scripts to demonstrate proof of concepts. Experience within a high-growth tech startup is a plus.
