T-Shaped Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced T-Shaped Marketing Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights. You will be responsible for both the breadth and depth of marketing strategies, ensuring a comprehensive approach to reaching our target audience while excelling in a specialized area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing and social media strategies, considering target audiences and company marketing goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Generate leads and support the sales team with conversionTake the lead in the creation and optimization of content for email newsletters and social media channels
  Plan and launch marketing campaigns, including goal-setting, channel selection, and performance analysis.

• Manage and optimize advertising budgets for efficient resource utilization

• Collaborate closely with other teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to create cohesive and engaging content

•  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the marketing industry and apply them to our marketing efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position with a proven track record of driving conversion and growth and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field will be considered as advantage

•  Understanding of the principles of social media marketing in emails and a can-do attitude to improve the likelihood of open rates and click-throughs, enhancing the conversion rate of campaigns

•  Proficiency in Google Ads and other relevant advertising platforms 

•  Strong expertise in A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve conversion rates

•  Experience in growth-hacking strategies to drive rapid and sustainable business growth        

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively

•  Ability to work seamlessly within a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

•  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of planning and executing projects without missing a beat
