The Opportunity and Position Summary

Rewiring America is continuing to grow rapidly and we’re seeking an entrepreneurial Email Marketing Analyst. This position reports to Rewiring’s Retention Marketing Manager.

The Email Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive conversions, and conversations about electrifying households. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing analytics and proficiency in Salesforce to optimize campaign performance and enhance user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote Rewiring America's initiatives, events, and resources.

  • Analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Utilize Salesforce to manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization to enhance targeting and optimize engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product to align email campaigns with organizational objectives and strategies.

  • Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and layouts to optimize campaign performance and drive higher conversion rates.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in email marketing and Salesforce integration to recommend innovative strategies and techniques.

  • Generate regular reports and insights on email campaign performance to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

Who you are

You will have most of the following experience, knowledge, skills, and ability. We encourage you to apply even if you don’t fit all of the criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C email marketing with experience in a quickly scaling organization. 

  • Proven experience in email marketing analytics and campaign management 

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including experience with email campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Facility with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and working directly engineering teams are a plus

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, commensurate to experience. Our comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families). Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions. Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits. Employees will receive 160 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also provided with two additional days off during Presidential and Congressional elections. We have an office closure between Christmas and New Year. Regular, full-time employees and part-time employees are eligible for up to sixteen weeks of paid family and medical leave on day one of employment. We offer access to professional development resources.
