
Senior Paid Media Strategist
Rhythm is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and seasoned professional to add to the team as a Senior Paid Media Strategist with an exciting day-to-day mix of media theory, strategy, execution, mentorship, and support of new opportunities. The ideal candidate brings extensive years of experience having designed and executed large scale media campaigns in support of brands within multiple verticals and as part of an overall digital marketing ecosystem. Equally important, this candidate has parallel years of experience working with and mentoring paid media specialists to maximize effectiveness and personal growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Identify business, brand, and user needs for a successful media endeavor through sourcing or leveraging the requisite research.
Plan, setup, manage and execute paid media campaigns across paid search, programmatic, and social channels
Mentor and be part of a growing team of media strategists
Translate brand goals and objectives into campaign level KPIs and conversion points
Analyze campaign native and 3rd party analytics platforms to surface impactful insights further driving paid media performance
Converge media data streams into client shared insightful and actionable reports
Research, analysis, and presentation support for new brand opportunities

ESSENTIALS:
6+ years of experience in a paid media role, e.g., Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social
Ability to mentor and manage a growing team of media strategists
Experience leveraging or speaking to Paid Search, Social Media marketing, or programmatic digital ad buying platforms/ DSPs, e.g., TradeDesk,
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Media certifications, e.g., Google Ads Academy
Comfortability with large datasets and spreadsheets
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize based on business needs and time available
Strong communication skills, whether in writing, presentation, or speaking
Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively and contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment
Having traditional experience is a plus, but not required
