About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing our online community, addressing client inquiries, and fostering connections with industry experts.

How You’ll Make an Impact Here

  • Develop culture within our online community

  • Assist in creating and distributing content relevant to our community

  • Monitor and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Contribute to the development of community engagement strategies

  • Organize and coordinate online events or webinars

  • Collect and report on community feedback to improve our services

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Expertise in networking, with individuals who can actively contribute and add value to the community

  • Desire to work remotely in a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks with deadlines

Advantage for:

  • Experience with G-suite, Slack, and other web-based technologies

  • A keen interest in real estate investing is a plus
