About the Role

In this role, you'll:

  • Translate client briefs into structured social and digital strategies aligned to brand objectives and scalable across global and local markets

  • Shape campaign rollouts across social and digital touchpoints — defining content approaches, activation moments, messaging, and platform behaviour

  • Develop clear market-facing guidance including Social & Digital Toolkits, publishing frameworks, and channel recommendations

  • Apply a strong understanding of the full digital ecosystem — from eCommerce, apps, and CRM to TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Ensure ideas are culturally relevant, digitally native, and cohesive across all channels

  • Analyse performance and translate results into actionable insights and clear executive summaries

  • Present work confidently to internal teams and clients, driving alignment and clarity

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years’ experience in social, digital, or integrated marketing roles

  • Proven experience working with global or culturally-led brands, turning creative concepts into structured marketing plans

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and evolving digital behaviours

  • Confident leading workstreams and contributing in client-facing settings

  • Analytical and commercially aware, able to translate data into clear recommendations

  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote environments

Further Details

Location: Remote (working primarily with Europe-based clients and our international team)

Reports to: Marketing Lead

Contract Type: Maternity Cover — Fixed term 12-month contract (with an initial 3-month probation period)

Holidays: 28 days of paid holiday per year, plus local public holidays

Recharge Days: 6 per year

Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 09:00 – 18:00 (flexible; you can manage your time accordingly)
