Partner Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to lead co-marketing efforts with our strategic partners and amplify rtCamp’s presence in the WordPress and enterprise digital experience ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams

  2. Coordinate joint leads/prospects engagement between partners and rtCamp’s sales/marketing team

  3. Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with our partners — from strategy to content to distribution

  4. Co-create case studies, and blog posts that highlight shared successes

  5. Plan and coordinate online and offline events with partners

  6. Collaborate on messaging and positioning to ensure alignment across partner and rtCamp brands

  7. Keep partners in loop with our progress on several fronts

  8. Collaborate with marketing on overall goals for partners

  9. Identify and pursue new co-marketing opportunities to drive growth and visibility. Including, writing co-branded content with partners.

Must Haves

  1. 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing role

  2. Ability to schedule the day flexibly based on our partners’ timezones across the globe

  3. Strong project management and communication skills

  4. Experience producing content assets or collaborating with content creators

  5. Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment

  6. Ability to coordinate across internal and external teams to execute initiatives, content & campaigns

Good to Have

  1. Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem and/or open-source software

  2. Experience working with cloud platforms, hosting providers, or martech vendors

  3. Background in enterprise marketing, digital transformation, or CMS technologies

  2. Strong writing samples — emails, social copy, blog content, landing pages, etc.

  3. A sense of ownership and a proactive approach to building relationships and program.
