Graduate Web Content Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graduate Web Content Coordinator to translate marketing briefs into high-quality web pages using Tridion CMS. This role sits at the heart of our digital marketing operation, working closely with marketers, SEO specialists, designers, and developers to deliver engaging, well-structured, and performant web content.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining pages using existing CMS components, contributing to the evolution of new components, ensuring structured content quality, and supporting SEO best practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Page Building & Publishing

  • Turn marketing briefs, wireframes, and copy into polished, on-brand web pages using Tridion’s inbuilt components.

  • Design pages with a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, usability, and visual quality.

  • Manage content updates, scheduling, versioning, and publishing workflows within Tridion.

  • Perform thorough QA to ensure your designs render correctly across devices and browsers.

CMS & Structured Content Management

  • Create, maintain, and optimise structured data in the CMS.

  • Follow content models, templates, and governance standards.

  • Identify opportunities to improve content structures for scalability and efficiency.

Component & Experience Development

Collaborate with UX/design and development teams to:

  • Propose improvements to existing components.

  • Help define requirements for new components and templates.

  • Provide practical feedback based on hands-on CMS usage and marketing needs.

  • Support testing and rollout of new CMS features or enhancements.

SEO & Performance Support

Work closely with the SEO team to:

  • Implement metadata, headings, internal linking, and structured data correctly.

  • Ensure pages follow SEO best practices and technical guidelines.

  • Assist with SEO-driven updates, audits, and content improvements.

  • Help maintain page quality, accessibility, and performance standards.

Collaboration & Process

  • Act as a trusted CMS expert to marketing teams, advising on what’s possible within the platform.

  • Manage and deliver page build requests through agreed workflows and SLAs.

  • Contribute to documentation, CMS best practices, and continuous improvement of web processes.

Component, CRO & Experience Optimisation

Support CRO initiatives by:

  • Implementing A/B test variants using existing components.

  • Applying CRO recommendations to page layouts, content hierarchy, and calls-to-action.

  • Use data and insights (e.g. analytics, heatmaps, test results) to inform page improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with a component-based web content management system.

  • Proven experience building web pages using reusable components rather than custom coding.

  • Experience working with marketing briefs and campaign-driven content.

  • Grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals.

  • Excellent attention to detail and content QA skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for troubleshooting and QA, not heavy development).

  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS workflows and governance.

  • Experience working in a ticket-based environment.

  • Understanding of accessibility and web best practices.

  • Experience supporting multi-language or global websites.
