As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing creative deliverables from concept to completion, including but not limited to emails, webpages, and social media assets. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about creating beautiful and functional designs. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, a quick problem solver, have exceptional time management skills, and high attention to detail. You'll be collaborating with a team of designers, developers, and account coordinators.

Responsibilities:
Design large scale, business-critical projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision using Adobe CC and various web apps
Create assets for email, web pages, and social media
Ensure that all work aligns with our clients’ brand guidelines
Assist in upkeep of client brand profiles and asset organization
Interpret projects briefs to meet clients’ needs
Follow internal processes
Collaborate with and clearly communicate around projects with internal teams
Keep abreast of current design and industry trends
Schedule emails and social media posts on behalf of clients
Assisting junior designers with best practices for time and task management and creating and presenting high quality design work
Occasionally supporting Senior Designers and Design Team Lead with tasks such as delegating and following up on tasks, leading huddles and trainings, diagnosing problems and communication gaps across teams, and onboarding new designers to the team
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficient understanding of key design principles such as such as typographical hierarchy, alignment, white space, etc. Has intermediate-advanced eye for design
Ability to adapt design style to fit multiple brands visual languages, expert ability to maintain brand consistency in designs
Excels in collaborative environments
Passion for tech and innovation
Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage time well to complete assigned tasks by deadline
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Creative & quick problem-solving skills
Consistent and Reliable
Very organized, high level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)
Expert in internal design tools including Adobe CC, Figma, etc
Beginner HTML & CSS knowledge
Competent UX/UI design knowledge
Beginner to Competent copywriting skills
Competent animation skills (Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, CapCut)
Beginner marketing strategy and brand positioning skills, comfortable applying this knowledge to design work
Comfortable receiving and asking for feedback, comfortable providing team feedback to team lead
Beginner public speaking and presentation skills - comfortable leading short trainings and demos
Very comfortable explaining complex design ideas
Proficient ability to work well under pressure. Able to manage stress and deal with unforeseen challenges.
Confident with change, is flexible, adaptable, and open-minded
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years work experience OR equivalent combination of education and freelance experience in Graphic Design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Portfolio required
Preferred Qualifications:
BFA in Design, Communications, or relevant field preferred
Marketing experience preferred
HTML proficiency and Email/Web Design Skills
Copywriting or Content writing Skills/Experience
Social Media Management Skills/Experience
WordPress/Elementor Experience
Animation Experience
UX/UI knowledge
