Head of Regulatory Affairs

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Regulatory Strategy: Develop and spearhead the implementation of regulatory strategies that align with our long-term business objectives. Work closely with product development, customer success, and operations teams to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated from the ground up.

  • Regulatory Consultancy to Business: Act as the primary regulatory advisor, providing expert guidance to internal teams on issues such as market entry, product compliance, and operational adjustments required by regulatory considerations.

  • Conduct Audits: Oversee and conduct comprehensive audits, ensuring that all business practices not only comply with current regulatory standards but also uphold our commitment to operational integrity and excellence.

  • Ensure Compliance: Monitor ongoing compliance with all relevant regulations, and lead efforts to adapt practices in response to evolving regulatory landscapes, particularly in key markets like the US and UK/EU.

  • Influence External Regulatory Policies: Engage with industry groups and regulatory bodies to influence and shape external regulatory policies, positioning the company as a thought leader within the healthtech sector.

🫵 This job is for you if you:

  • Possess extensive regulatory expertise, particularly in Good Clinical Practice, and have a strong understanding of the regulatory environments in the US and UK/EU.

  • Have a background in life sciences, with a strong preference for experience in the healthtech industry.

  • Are skilled in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and can effectively translate these challenges into actionable business strategies.

  • Thrive in dynamic environments and approach problem-solving with agility and innovation.

  • Demonstrate a digital mindset, being data-driven and customer-obsessed, to continuously improve our regulatory processes and customer interactions.

💫 Even better if you have:

  • A track record of providing detailed regulatory guidance for study designs, protocol development, and informed consent processes, enhancing the quality and compliance of our projects.

  • Experience leading and influencing regulatory discussions at a national or international level, contributing to broader industry standards and practices.

  • Proven excellence in communication, capable of articulating complex regulatory issues in simple terms for diverse audiences, including regulatory bodies, internal teams, and industry groups.
