Job Summary

As a Global Mobility Specialist with a focus on customer success and process improvement, you will be instrumental in enhancing our client experience and operational efficiency. Your role will involve identifying and documenting process inefficiencies, implementing systems thinking, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth experience, without directly managing case filings. You will be an early employee in a fast-growing startup and work directly with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout their interaction with our services. Responsible for:

    • Client onboarding

    • Transition planning

    • Annual forecasting

  • Collaborate with internal teams and attorneys to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. This includes:

    • Weekly case planning with attorneys

    • Weekly reporting to internal teams

    • Work on process improvements with attorneys

  • Use ‘systems thinking’ to understand and improve our service delivery.

    • Identify and document inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.

    • Conduct regular reviews of existing procedures and document process changes.

  • Develop strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure a positive experience.

  • Handle client inquiries promptly, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Write help articles and FAQs

  • Train team members on new processes and best practices in immigration services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with employment-based immigration (US immigration preferred).

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Skilled in process documentation.
