Amazon Brand Manager


As an Amazon Brand Manager at FBU Solutions, you will be accountable for your brand’s end-to-end management and overall performance, including Account Health, Listing Performance and Case Management.

You will be our client’s partner in strategising, executing, and optimising their brand presence on the Amazon platform.

Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • On-board new clients and ensure we gather everything we need from the client, like branding guidelines, creative assets, product information, etc.

  • Able to confidently present market analysis, account audits and other reports to clients.

Operations

  • Coordinate with the content team regarding task priority and ensure no schedule conflicts with other Brand Managers’ tasks.

  • Assign tasks to team members – Copywriter, Graphic Designers, Video Editor and Web Developers.

  • Proofing all outputs like listing copies, images, and video content, making sure our output is aligned with our audit findings and our client’s brand voice.

  • Uploads all output to the Amazon Marketplace backend; tracks and monitors the changes.

Client Communication

  • Maintain regular and clear communication with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.

  • Host or participate in scheduled client calls to understand the account’s progress.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels, preventing stock-outs or overstocks.

  • Ensure all brand-related activities on Amazon align with clients’ brand guidelines and standards, seeking client approval when necessary.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilise data analytics tools to monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer reviews. Provide regular reports and insights to clients.

Growth of the Business

  • Develop business strategies to ensure the products are generating sales and moving up in product category rankings.

  • Collaborate with the PPC Team to understand advertising initiatives and other promotions/discounts/deals.

  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients – new services like listing video, Amazon storefront, creating branding guide or packaging design.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing an Amazon store or similar role in an agency setting.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace and algorithms.

  • Experience with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Brand Registry, Shopify, Helium 10, Data Dive (or similar).

  • Proficient in using analytics tools and interpreting data to drive business decisions.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

  • Experience in solving issues and problems with competitors is also a plus.

Hours:

Hours of work: full time position, following UK office hours, Monday to Friday. We require a minimum of 35 hours per week to be entitled to the benefits outlined below.
