About the role
You will get to directly influence the development and refinement of our product-led growth and product-led sales motion.
Highly collaborative role, working closely with the cofounders, Product, Design, Engineering and GTM teams. Reporting to the CEO.
About You
5+ years direct experience in SaaS Product Marketing.
Proficient in leading go-to-market efforts for new solutions or products.
Data driven in your approach to ensure we make informed decisions and adapt, but also know when to use intuition.
Incredible storyteller excellent at conveying product value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strategic, systems thinker. Ability to work on ambiguous problems by breaking them down into clear and logical project plans.
Our team will be counting on you to:
Know our user and customer requirements better than they do (talk to them regularly, conduct user research) and be in tune with the market we operate in.
Lead new product and feature launches. Translate technical updates and new releases into clear points of value for customers. Analyze adoption/usage to create user and buyer personas and customer journeys.
Produce intuitive messaging tailored to each user persona and customer segment. Enable the GTM teams with the messaging to use with the appropriate audience.
Translate user and customer needs through easy to understand communication to internal collaborators.
Develop compelling stories and narratives, materialized into high-quality artifacts across video, images, and written content. (e.g, demo videos, getting started guides, etc…)

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
