Business Development Representative

About the Team

This is a pre-sales role within our Business Development Team—the first point of contact for many of our future customers. As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you’ll focus on setting up introductions with ideal customers, reporting to the Director of Business Development, and working closely with Inside Sales Reps (ISRs) and Field Sales Reps (FSRs).

We’re looking for people excited to own their “business” within their territory. This role is designed to prepare you for a full-cycle sales career, with ongoing training, mentorship, and career coaching.

Note: Candidates must be based in Brazil.

About the Role

This role is focused on sourcing our next sales opportunity. You’ll be speaking with prospects over the phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn), applying Buyer Persona training to identify ideal prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Book meetings and qualify inbound leads

  • Generate outbound pipeline opportunities

  • Evangelize the product and maintain a clean database

  • Drive phone and email activity to meet targets

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams on ad hoc projects

  • Master sales tools and software (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn)

  • Research prospective organizations and identify decision-makers

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development in B2B/SaaS environments

  • Track record of consistent and effective sales development performance

  • History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound messaging

  • Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills to connect with senior decision-makers

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn

  • Self-starter comfortable with limited supervision

  • Strong research skills to identify new prospects

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with new software

  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement

  • Works with urgency and maintains a positive, inviting attitude
