Self-Made is a coaching and tech platform helping female entrepreneurs scale their businesses with technology, automation, and strategic mentorship. We run a white-labeled SaaS platform, group coaching programs, courses, and a thriving membership community. We're growing fast and need an operational leader to own the engine.

The Role:

We're hiring a Director of Operations to take full ownership of our day-to-day operations so the CEO can focus on vision, sales, and growth. This is not a project manager or VA role — this is the person who runs the company alongside the founder.

What You'll Own:

• Full operational leadership — team accountability, systems, SOPs, execution

• Launch management and cross-functional coordination

• Hiring, onboarding, and performance management

• Financial operations oversight and vendor management

• KPI tracking and reporting directly to the CEO

• Protecting the CEO's time and calendar

Requirements:

• Experience scaling a company to 8 figures (or been a key operator in one that did)

• Background in coaching, education, or tech industry

• Managed remote teams of 15+ people

• Held a DOO, Integrator, or Head of Ops title at someone else's company

• Comfortable with AI tools, CRMs, automation, and modern tech stacks (GHL experience a plus)

• Proactive — you find problems before anyone tells you about them

• Remote (US-based preferred)

• 1099 contractor → potential W2 based on performance at 90 days

• Salary + bonus earning potential

• 90-day performance evaluation with clear KPIs
