About the Role

We’re looking for a UI Designer to develop and optimize digital experiences across eCommerce stores, brand websites, and marketing platforms. You’ll design intuitive, high-converting user interfaces that align with brand identity and enhance usability. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles, with the ability to create visually appealing designs that improve engagement and streamline navigation.

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver designs that align with business goals while ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, visually compelling UI layouts for eCommerce stores, landing pages, and brand websites.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to create intuitive user flows and optimized digital experiences.

• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and UI components across all digital assets.

• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Optimize UI for mobile and desktop to enhance responsiveness and accessibility.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

• Maintain a fast turnaround time while ensuring design quality and adherence to best practices.

Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in eCommerce or digital marketing.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI design tools.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.

• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of design best practices.

• Strong English communication skills—you may collaborate with international teams.

• Ability to work PST or EST hours.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills):

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Shopify UI customization.

• Experience designing for Amazon, Walmart, or other eCommerce platforms.

• Proficiency in A/B testing and performance-driven UI optimization.

• Understanding of accessibility best practices in UI design.
