Junior Paid Traffic Manager (Paid Traffic Agency)

Tasks in the role

  • Serve as the liaison between the internal digital advertising team and its stakeholders (product, campaign, and content management), and manage relationships with these stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting of campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for conversion rate optimization.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.

  • Maintain regular and timely communication/follow-ups with internal stakeholders, emphasizing progress, updates, or help needed to move forward with the project.

  • Align to the digital advertising team’s agile sprint planning and manage the timeline and details of the tasks based on priorities that meet the team’s capacity, as well as business goals.

  • Research industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies and tactics.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements to our campaigns.

  • Manage the team’s invoices and communicate plans and changes to the finance team.v

Who we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, including paid search, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive insights and decision-making.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Must be proactive and a self-starter. Be ready to work autonomously.

  • Nice to have—previous experience with Semrush tools and products.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • You have Google Analytics certification.

  • Previous hands-on experience with various digital platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, DV360, YouTube.

  • Looker Studio/Google Data Studio knowledge (building dashboards).

A bit about the team

Paid Traffic Agency is an in-house holistic Digital Advertising Agency for all internal Semrush products. We're currently on the look out for a full-time Junior Paid Traffic Manager to join our Paid Traffic Strategy team and serve as a primary point of contact for our internal digital advertising agency. As part of this role, you'll be assigned to specific company-wide marketing campaigns and will help manage cross-team requests to streamline and develop integrated advertising campaigns that meet budget and business goals.
