Shadeform is the cloud marketplace for GPU infrastructure. We make it simple for AI teams to find, compare, and launch GPU capacity across every major cloud provider. We're a small, fast-moving team building critical infrastructure for the AI era.

About the role
We're hiring a marketing leader to help define how Shadeform shows up to the market as we scale. You'll build the programs and narrative that help developers, AI startups, and enterprise buyers understand why Shadeform matters. Success in the first 6–12 months looks like building a repeatable content and distribution engine, increasing visibility across AI-native channels and search, and helping establish Shadeform as a recognized brand in AI infrastructure.
What you'll do
Own Shadeform’s content, brand, and distribution strategy across technical and commercial audiences
Build scalable marketing programs optimized for AI search, LLMSEO, organic discovery, and developer trust
Develop and execute social and community strategies across channels like X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging AI communities
Launch partner marketing initiatives with cloud providers, infrastructure platforms, and ecosystem companies
Create structure around marketing execution through clear project plans, prioritization, and measurable feedback loops
Build AI-assisted and agent-driven workflows that increase marketing leverage and speed over time
What we're looking for
Experience marketing technical products in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, AI, developer tools, or cloud platforms
Strong understanding of content strategy, positioning, and modern distribution
Familiarity with GEO, AI-native discovery, and how buying behavior is changing in the AI ecosystem
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
Strong written communication and editorial judgment
Nice to have: experience with PLG companies, partner marketing, or building AI-assisted marketing workflows.
We care more about how you think and what you've shipped than where you went to school or what logos are on your resume.
What we don't expect
You do not need to have deep GPU infrastructure expertise before joining. You also do not need experience managing large marketing teams or budgets. If you've built strong programs in adjacent technical markets and are excited about AI infrastructure, that's a strong signal for us.
Our hiring process
We keep it efficient and transparent. Here's what to expect:
Hiring manager interview — 45–60 minutes. A deeper conversation about your experience, how you work, and the specifics of the role.
Team interviews — Conversations with members of the team focused on execution, communication, and how you approach building marketing programs in fast-moving environments.
CEO interview — Every person who joins Shadeform meets with Ed before an offer is made. This is a conversation about trajectory, working style, and whether this is the right fit on both sides.
Offer — If we're aligned, we'll move quickly. We aim to get from first conversation to offer in two weeks or less.
We use structured feedback after every interview so decisions are based on evidence and consistency, not gut feel alone.
Compensation
Base salary: Negotiable
Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible PTO
Compensation will depend on leveling and scope. We're open to hiring this role as either a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing depending on experience and leadership capability.
