About the Role 

As an SDR on our team, you will be instrumental in generating leads and creating opportunities to introduce Shrpa to new prospects. You will actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and showcase how our solutions can help illuminate the uniqueness of their destination. This is an opportunity to continue growing within the fastest-growing company in our industry and work off established playbooks with an ever-growing list of prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and effective networking. You’ll be making 160-180 cold calls a week, with a focus on relationship-driven sales. 

  • Creating a steady flow of effective outbound communications to drive engagement and build interest.

  • Arrange meetings with the Account Executive(s) from pre-established lists of prospects. We utilize Hubspot as our CRM.

  • Your quota will be to book 7-8 qualified demos per week.


  • Demonstrated ability to effectively generate leads and drive sales, regardless of formal experience or job titles.

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, particularly in cold calling and effective networking.

  • Strong understanding of how to analyze data and insights.

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and a results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for connecting with gatekeepers.

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Solid technical aptitude and business acumen.
