Sales Engineer

We are currently looking to expand our team and are ready to welcome a new team player who is proactive, curious and passionate about his or her field. As a sales engineer on the team, you'll have the chance to work closely with sales executives to meet the needs of prospects in the preliminary sales phase.

What You'll Do:
Work closely with our sales executives in the selling team to solve the pre-sales’ prospect needs
Develop strategies with our sales executives to understand how to help their customers/prospects
Strategically manage complex use cases and the stakeholders on a deal
Lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations around integration and data migration
Work closely with the developers to gather feedback during the sales process but also during the production phase
Build data flow diagram if needed
Has the ability to simplify complex situations for all kinds of customers.
What we are seeking:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
*Oral French comprehension
Experience in a role involving direct customer contact
Mastery of the CRM ecosystem, in particular Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics
Ability to grasp technical concepts and global technologies, such as APIs and backend/frontend systems
A professional background in development or IT (an asset)
Ability to work as part of a team while enjoying autonomy in the role, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable in situations of uncertainty, able to work with new technologies and services
Ability to solve problems with a strategic and consultative mindsetBusiness-oriented and focused on value creation
*This is a requirement as you will be working with customers in English,Canada and the USA on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.
