Operations Manager / Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a sharp, high-agency operator to take ownership of business operations and cross-functional execution across a fast-growing SaaS startup. Your job is to help us move faster, stay organized, and turn strategy into results - without things slipping through the cracks.

This is a full-time, long-term role (not freelance or part-time). You’ll work closely with the founder and key team leads to coordinate product, growth, hiring, and internal systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep track of everything happening across product, engineering, customer success, and growth

  • Drive high-leverage initiatives: hiring, onboarding systems, AI rollout, internal ops

  • Chase loose threads, unblock teammates, and clear bottlenecks across teams

  • Coordinate hiring: draft job posts, manage outreach, screen and onboard

  • Build and maintain operating rhythms: weekly check-ins, async updates, tracking dashboards

  • Document processes, SOPs, and internal workflows to scale what works

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in operations, Chief of Staff, or project management roles

  • SaaS/startup/agency experience - you understand the pace and chaos of early-stage

  • Confident using ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Intercom, and modern SaaS tools

  • Strong written + verbal communication - you’ll be talking with the team daily

  • Ability to execute fast and figure things out without hand-holding

  • High attention to detail

  • Bonus: experience working with remote teams
