Marketing Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally adept Chief of Staff to support our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in driving operational excellence and marketing transformation agenda. This role is pivotal in ensuring that marketing initiatives are closely aligned with the company's overall business objectives, enhancing team performance, and optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with at least 5 years in a similar role or marketing operations, strategy, or management within a B2B technology company

  • Familiar with B2B marketing and the IT services sector

  • Skilled in project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledgeable in B2B marketing fields such as strategy, branding, and demand generation

  • Experienced in budget planning and financial management

  • Strategic in developing and implementing effective plans

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Execute the CMO marketing transformation agenda across marketing functions

  • Oversee key marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives

  • Lead organizational changes within the marketing department to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption

  • Partner with Marketing Operations to identify cross-functional areas for improvement, enhancing marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency

  • Generate dashboards and presentations, presenting insights and progress to the CMO, marketing leadership, and senior leadership team

  • Maintain strategic communication cadence and formats for different leadership groups

  • Represent the CMO in communications and meetings

  • Plan, manage, and forecast marketing budgets to ensure alignment with strategic priorities

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising marketing effectiveness

  • Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the CMO in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
