At the core of our SparkLoop product is the Partner Network: A paid recommendations marketplace where newsletters can earn easy, meaningful revenue by recommending other newsletters to their audience.
Our Partner Network is less than a year old. But it's the first, biggest and highest quality newsletter paid recommendations marketplace.
And we want even more: More amazing newsletters earning $millions, more ways to monetize your newsletter with us, more growth for our paying publishers.
As our Partner Network Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and shaping the Partner Network.
Initial responsibilities
Own the approval process of newsletters applying to make paid recommendations
Identify opportunities to make our partner newsletters more revenue, and work with our product team to implement
Lead growth of the Partner Network — beginning with our own affiliate program
Create educational content for our partner newsletters
Signs this role is perfect for you
You have:
Native-level English, written and spoken
Your workday has a 4+ hour overlap with the US (East Coast)
A proactive, independent “default to ownership” mentality
The idea of working in an async, calm-but-fast, remote team culture excites you
A strong, pre-existing passion for newsletters (and helping them succeed)

In a perfect world, you also have:
You write a newsletter of your own (or have done so in the past)
Strong understanding of at least one ESP/newsletter platform
Experience managing an affiliate or partner program
Affinity for educational content creation (written or video)
1+ years experience in a customer-facing role for a SaaS business
1+ years experience working on a marketplace product
