RevOps Technical Project Manager
SpecterOps is searching for an experienced technical project manager to support the Revenue Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and delivering technical projects that drive revenue growth and optimize operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.
Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. or Canada, with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, TechOps, etc.) to execute revenue operations strategies and implement technical solutions that align with company goals.
Provide technical support in designing, developing, and maintaining technical systems and tools that support revenue operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and data analytics platforms.
Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and manage project schedules that conform to the team and company roadmaps. Help determine feature scope and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions to enhance the functionality of existing tools and platforms, tailored to the specific needs of the revenue operations team.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
Ensure seamless integration of data across various systems to provide a single source of truth for revenue-related metrics and insights.
Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure the success of revenue operations initiatives.
Requirements
Experience, 5+ years of project management and technical roles related to revenue operations.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), data integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Previous managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Project management related certification from an accredited intuition.
Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence).
