Social Community Lead

About the Role

Stitch Fix is looking for a social media marketer to join our organic social team driving our social content direction and execution across our US Womens, Mens and Kids lines of business. The Social Community Lead will be responsible for orchestrating our day-to-day content, organizing our social calendar, managing social channel postings, tracking our performance, and developing creative concepts to storytell around the brand and its offerings. This role will be a key member of the brand team, helping us keep a pulse on and be reactive to social trends, and develop innovative content on behalf of Stitch Fix. 

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own the US social editorial calendar for Stitch Fix

  • Drive end-to-end content workstreams, including developing briefs and partnering with our Creative team to bring your content vision to life

  • Partner with rest of Social and Influencer team to drive creator selection and content direction

  • Work both independently and with cross-functional partners to develop a process for reactive marketing to engage in the conversation around real time trends

  • Be responsible for monthly and quarterly performance share-outs to help drive ongoing social content strategy

  • Search and monitor UGC (user-generated content) videos for sharing on our owned channels

  • Have the freedom (and be encouraged) to experiment with content creation

  • Keep a pulse on the overall social landscape trends, including formats, platforms, as well as industry and brand-specific social chatter

  • Analyze and report on the performance of owned social channels

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 4+ years of experience in social marketing-focused roles

  • You have experience in a consumer facing business, and you have an active curiosity to engage with and participate in social ecosystems

  • You are proficient in Google suite (Sheets)

  • You have a keen eye for excellent creative, but are empowered by data to inform strategies and take a proactive approach to testing and learning

  • You may have experience managing influencer marketing and find joy in creating content on your own

  • You are known for being an exceptional partner; you have a strong point of view and understand how to bring people along in the journey through meaningful collaboration

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.

Pay Range

$138,000—$147,000 USD

The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
