Mission Overview

As a Founding Marketer at Thoughtful, you are a key player in the execution and delivery of our marketing strategy. Your role involves a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on marketing execution. You are expected to thrive in a high-pressure environment, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver results that amplify our brand and drive business growth.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, applying your marketing expertise to provide sales enablement, ad campaign management, market research, and budget management. Your role is vital in turning strategic visions into successful marketing initiatives.

Core Objectives

  1. Marketing Execution: Implement marketing strategies, focusing on account-based marketing, ad spend optimization, and sales enablement.

  2. Campaign Management: Execute and monitor marketing campaigns with our ad partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and meticulously monitoring performance and analytics.

  3. Market Research: Recommend marketing research efforts to inform and optimize marketing strategies.

  4. Budgeting: Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  5. Creative Contribution: Partner with the creative team to develop marketing materials and initiatives that enhance brand visibility.

  6. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the executive team and other teams, contributing to cross-functional marketing efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and a track record of contributing to successful marketing campaigns.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive insights for optimization.

  • Creative Flair: Demonstrated ability to contribute to creative marketing initiatives.
