The Role

We’re on the hunt for a talented, ambitious Mid-Level Designer to join the Strafe Creative team. You’ll design seamless, conversion-focused digital experiences, contribute to strategic design discussions, and play a key role in guiding our junior designers as they grow. With the support of our senior team, you’ll balance multiple projects, lead presentations, and bring bold, user-focused ideas to life.

What you’ll be doing

Designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces in Figma that meet technical and client requirements.
Reviewing and refining your own work to ensure top quality.
Leading by example in client meetings and supporting strategic design conversations.
Actively mentoring juniors, sharing skills, and encouraging innovation.
Keeping projects on track: balancing deadlines, managing workloads, and flagging bottlenecks.
Staying curious; exploring new tools, experimenting with techniques, and contributing fresh ideas.

What we’re looking for

Solid Figma proficiency and ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.
Confidence presenting ideas internally and to clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold design standards.
A collaborative mindset—you’ll inspire junior team members while still learning from seniors.
Awareness of CMS/CRM systems (Shopify, Craft, WordPress) and how they impact design.
