Client Onboarding Specialist

Stream’s Client Onboarding Specialist will be a part of the Client Services team. Responsible for the implementation of new client onboarding and ensuring successful launch of services. You will work closely with our internal teams, including, Client Services, Digital, Creative, and Project teams to ensure that all new client’s assets are obtained, and deliverables are met.

 Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in helping internal teams launch services successfully by working with new clients and third-party providers to collect credentials and assets needed for campaigns to go live 

  • Manage and update onboarding projects in Workfront, ensuring our teams have up to date details in order to launch services.

  • Participate in internal and external meetings including but not limited to kickoff meetings, pitch downloads and internal huddles 

  • Assist in retaining beginning services throughout the first 30 days of partnership by establishing a relationship with new clients that are onboarded and ensuring a smooth transition to internal teams

  • Ensure information and background of new accounts is successfully communicated to the internal teams at the start of services 

  • Communicate client pain points with internal teams and help develop a Kaizen to ensure quick wins early on in a new client’s partnership 

  • Communicate with internal team members through initial setup and onboarding to ensure a smooth start for services 

  • Assist in managing new client relationship and expectations throughout their first 30 days of services in collaboration with internal team members and the Director of Client Strategy 

  • Gain a thorough understanding of new clients' needs to successfully launch, retain and grow services throughout their lifecycle at Stream 

  • Be proactive if onboarding and services throughout the first 30 days of partnership veer off course by developing plans of action to help retain business with the Client Services team and executive management team 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred  

 Skills & Experience: 

  • General knowledge with GBP, GA4, Google AdWords, Facebook & YouTube, including logging in and resetting accounts.

  • Experience working with Workfront & Microsoft Office

  • Superb organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and take ownership of responsibilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once 

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills  

  • Digital marketing experience preferred 

  • Excellent customer service skills
