New Business Associate

As a New Business Associate, you will work directly with the sales and pitch teams pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products/services. Your goal will be to contribute to the overall success of our company by expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Work with Sales teams to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.

  • Create opportunities with potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and emailing.

  • Help develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products/services.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support ongoing sales activities.

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competition to effectively position our offerings in the market.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, nurturing them for potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Keep track of all activity using Salesforce.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Automotive sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce is a must.

  • Willingness to travel, as required.
