What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced marketer who is well-versed in marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email, and project management. This position focuses on building and implementing digital marketing strategies for B2B & B2C clients. The selected candidate will deepen relationships with clients, focus on client retention, and work very closely with other specialists on the Digital Marketing Team and third-party vendors to provide a variety of marketing services to our clients.

What you will do:

• Build & manage marketing strategies across various channels including but not limited to SEO, social media, email, content marketing, etc.

• Develop, present, and execute marketing plans and brand strategies to clients - owning project management & communication 

• Create and distribute content across channels for clients as well as manage content development by internal team members or external partners

• Lead internal and client-facing team meetings, keeping projects organized, clients up to date, and implementation on track

• Manage efficient communication channels and updates with clients, internal team members, and third-party vendors

• Handle client questions and find innovative solutions for complex problems

• Monitor performance metrics and facilitate timely interventions, optimizations, and recommendations

• Adept at building Marketing reporting, as well as preparing and presenting reports to clients

• Understand and keep up to date on the latest marketing trends

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years experience as a Digital Marketing Client Manager or similar

• Excellent English communication skills (client-facing) 

• Experience working in project management tools (Teamwork.com or related)

• Marketing implementation and strategy experience in channels like SEO, social media, email, content marketing, etc.

• Experience managing client relationship and communication

• Successful candidates will have a proven track record that includes:

  • Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

  • Outstanding client communication/customer service skills

Compensation & growth opportunities

The compensation for this role is $3,000 - $4,500 per month depending on the skill and experience you bring to the role.
