About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and hands-on intern to join our Growth Marketing team at for the Winter 2026 term. This role lives on the creative and organic side of growth, supporting everything from organic social and paid ads to CTV, audio, influencers, AI SEO, and larger brand campaigns like billboards etc.
You’ll work across the full creative process from ideation to execution - helping produce performance-ready content that lives across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You’ll also get to experiment with AI tools, edit videos, create visuals, and support performance-focused marketing across all our verticals including travel and fintech. If you’re a maker at heart and excited by the blend of creativity, tech, and fast-paced execution, this role is for you.
What you’ll be working on
Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for paid and organic content
Use AI tools (like Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate visuals, scripts, and ad concepts
Edit and resize video content for social, ads, and campaigns
Design static assets using Photoshop or Figma
Refresh and update SEO-friendly content for the blog using AI + your own voice
Contribute to our location-based SEO experiments through AI-assisted blog creation
Move fast and make quick creative tweaks based on real-time feedback
Support cross-functional campaigns across verticals (travel, earnings, savings, and more)
What we’re looking for
You’re a natural creative, full of ideas and not afraid to share them
You enjoy editing and building, whether it’s trimming a video, laying out a social post, or turning a rough idea into something real
You’ve dabbled with AI tools or are eager to learn how they can power content creation
You’re familiar with basic design and editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
You have strong writing skills and enjoy crafting copy for blogs, ads, or social posts
You’re resourceful, self-motivated, and excited to work in a high-speed, test-and-learn environment
Bonus if you have
Experience with Figma for creative layouts or social mockups
Basic knowledge of CMS/blog publishing (e.g., Webflow, WordPress)
Understanding of creative testing and performance metrics
Short-form video creation or editing experience (e.g., TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
A portfolio, Instagram, TikTok, or Behance that shows your creative work, even if it’s experimental
$24.50 - $30 an hour
Compensation for this internship will be determined based on the number of prior work terms or internships you have successfully completed, in alignment with our intern pay structure.
What We Offer
Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time
Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week
Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term
Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term
Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40-hour work week.
We’re a remote-first company, but you’re always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto. We also host virtual and in-person socials where interns can connect, play games, and meet others - including company wide game nights and events. While optional, these are great ways to build connections and make the most of your experience.
