Staffing Operations Manager

Superside is seeking a Staffing Manager who is driven by impacting solutions, has a passion for data, and possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

With hundreds of team members and a high project demand, we need to staff people on accounts efficiently. That calls for someone who can autonomously find and come up with creative solutions to the relevant issues.

Reporting to the Head of Staffing Operations, you'll manage strategic staffing projects to ensure our customers quickly access top-notch teams for their creative projects. You'll play a vital role in generating valuable and actionable insights and lead the optimization of our staffing processes.

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to redefining staffing strategies to help our customers achieve their business goals and enhance their satisfaction

  • Proactively identify operational challenges and optimize our staffing operations, encompassing processes, data, and technology

  • Develop feedback loops and gather insights to champion continuous improvement efforts and strategic initiatives

  • Conduct hypothesis-driven data analysis (80/20 approach) and oversee KPIs to guarantee that our teams are the best suited to deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently

  • Independently lead and drive the achievement of Objectives and Key Results established in collaboration with senior management in Staffing Operations

  • Autonomously manage relationships with stakeholders within the broader organization

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our operational processes to serve as a knowledgeable resource for staffing operations and other teams

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 4-5 years of experience in strategy or operations (at a tech start-up/scale-up is a plus)

  • Excellent spreadsheet skills (analytics skills in tools such as SQL, R, and Python are a plus)

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact successfully with many stakeholders and the emotional intelligence needed to handle delicate situations

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail and high personal standards for quality, accountability, and reliability

  • Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

  • Great project management skills, owning your projects independently from start to finish

  • Preferably experience in Management consulting
