Role Overview
We’re hiring a Cold Caller to join our sales team. You’ll be making outbound calls to cold leads that we provide. Your job is simple: pick up the phone, connect with decision-makers, introduce Sure Check, and set demos or appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Make ~100 outbound calls per day to business leads (all provided by Sure Check).

• Use our phone system and CRM software to log calls, track conversations, and update lead records.

• Qualify leads by asking smart questions and identifying decision-makers.

• Pitch Sure Check’s value clearly and confidently using a provided script (with room for your own personality).

• Schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.

• Maintain a positive, professional tone while handling rejections like a pro.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales preferred (but not required).

• Strong communication skills and a thick skin—no stranger to handling objections.

• Consistent work ethic and ability to hit daily call goals.

• Comfortable working independently and following a proven process.

• Tech-savvy enough to work inside CRM and dialing software.

Compensation

• Hourly rate + commission/bonuses for booked demos and closed sales (structure to be shared during interview).

• Remote work with flexible hours, as long as call quotas are met.
