
Business Development Representative (BDR) for Video Agency

We’re Outspeak, a fast-growing video agency that creates high-quality demo reels for keynote speakers (95% of what we do), helping them land bigger stages, grow their influence, and increase their fees.
Now we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. Think of this role as 70% Business Development Rep (BDR) and 30% Executive Assistant/Admin Support. 🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Development (70%)
Write, personalize, and send outreach messages via LinkedIn and cold email
Manage campaigns in tools like Lemlist, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Qualify leads and keep the CRM (Zoho) squeaky clean - no deal falls through the cracks
Book demos by being persistent, professional, and creative in your follow-ups
Schedule appointments across time zones (worldtimebuddy is your friend)
Track KPIs weekly and monthly, sharing what’s working (and what’s not)
No cold calling required… Everything is done via text/email.
Executive Ops (30%)
Manage Marc Bjerring’s (our co-founders) inbox and calendar (your superpower = inbox zero)
Post client wins and video reels on LinkedIn weekly
Handle light admin tasks that keep workflows running smoothly
🛠Tools You’ll Be Using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator (finding real decision-makers, not interns)
Lemlist, Apollo, or similar outreach tools
Zoho CRM
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
ChatGPT (we use it daily)
✅ You Might Be a Fit If You…
Have 2+ years of BDR/SDR experience (this is non-negotiable)
Bonus: you’ve also worn an EA/ops hat before
Write English fluently and persuasively (C1+ level - no typos, ever)
Are based in Mexico or Colombia with a reliable internet connection

Pay: $1,500/month base + performance bonus (total compensation between: $2000-2500/month)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm CT (some flexibility here)
Location: Remote (LATAM preferred — Mexico/Colombia required)
Growth Path: Move deeper into sales, ops, or client success as we scale
