Customer Success Manager

SureSwift Capital, a rapidly growing investment firm with a diverse digital portfolio. We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager to join one of our amazing portfolio companies, Ghost Inspector. Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with the Ghost Inspector team and be supported by your peers and colleagues to best situate the company towards success.

As the Customer Success Manager at Ghost Inspector, you will proactively engage with our customers to build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for building and executing programs focused on onboarding, retaining and growing our customers, with an eye toward overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and embody the trusted advisor role

  • Monitor and guide new customers during the on-boarding phase to ensure value expectations are aligned and achieved from the beginning

  • Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall influence on customer health scores

  • Create and drive customer close plans for renewal with Ghost Inspector’s largest and most strategic customers

  • Identify opportunities for growth and engage with customers to drive results

  • Flag and proactively mitigate customer churn and other risks

  • Create system for forecasting and reporting on customer success metrics

  • Lead effective and consistent Customer Business Reviews

  • Identify and track KPIs, analyze customer data and revise plans as necessary

  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value

  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for our product and go-to-market teams and follows up on progress and collaboration with

Your Experience

  • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree (Business, technology) or relevant related work experience

  • Years of Experience: 4+ years of customer success

  • Experience working in a remote entrepreneurial/startup environment would be an advantage

Your Compensation

The annual base pay range for this role is expected to be between $40,000-$60,000 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant’s skill set.
