Deliver a monthly recap of coverage secured, awards submitted, upcoming priorities, and content status

Understands the creative agency world — what wins awards, gets covered, and shapes reputation
Strong writing/editorial judgment — can write a great piece or guide someone else to it
Highly organized — runs clean trackers, meets every deadline, and communicates progress clearly
Self-managed — flags problems early, unblocks themselves, and keeps projects moving
Can hire, brief, and quality-check freelance writing talent when needed
