TeamSnap is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive new business for TeamSnap for Brands. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that grow and optimize lead generation. You’ll be connecting top brands with our industry leading advertising and sponsorship solutions to reach a massive youth sports market.   

What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute campaigns to grow TeamSnap’s B2B customer base and drive pipeline growth 

  • Optimize and scale digital channels, including email, online advertising, newsletters and sponsorships

  • Oversee events marketing programs in partnership with our sales team, including traveling to 4+ events per year and coordinating our webinar calendar

  • Own website reporting and conversion rate optimization across landing pages

  • Deliver content marketing initiatives that engage our target audience and drive thought leadership 

  • Deeply understand our buyer’s journey to design, build, and optimize email nurture programs converting subscribers into Marketing Qualified Leads

  • Partner closely with sales and sales enablement teams, aligning on campaigns and expected leads 

  • Manage marketing operations, including audience segmentation, lead management, automation, and campaign assets

  • Track and regularly report on pipeline, marketing ROI and learnings across all channels

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 7+ years of experience leading B2B demand generation marketing 

  • Proven track record in developing and executing high impact B2B marketing programs, including digital marketing, paid media, events, and email campaigns

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, or similar) and CRMs

  • Highly data-driven, able to make strategic decisions based on performance metrics

  • Builder mindset, able to push effectively through complexity.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to rally a team around a campaign and goal

  • Bonus points: Experience in the advertising and media industry

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $117,000, inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company, so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding, but there is a small list of states we do not hire in at the moment, including Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and South Dakota and while we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
