Creative Project Manager Needed

Teamtown is a fast-growing subscription-based design service that works with marketing teams to create high-quality design assets, including social media posts, advertisements, websites, logos, and illustrations. We are expanding our team to improve operational efficiency, elevate our client experience, and scale our impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to streamline project workflows, coordinate design requests, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our design team. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and optimizing internal processes to enhance efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help deliver top-tier design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the design team, facilitating clear and effective communication.

• Organize, prioritize, and track incoming design requests using our project management tools.

• Work closely with designers to allocate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure adherence to project scope.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address any bottlenecks or roadblocks.

• Maintain and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Gather client feedback and work with the team to iterate and improve design outputs.

• Support the leadership team in refining and evolving project management best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a design, creative, or marketing environment.

• Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise between clients and creative teams.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and communication platforms like Slack and Notion.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

• Leadership: Experience in managing teams or coordinating between different stakeholders is a plus.
