At KC Power Clean, scheduling is the operational heartbeat of our exterior cleaning business across California. We’re looking for a Team Lead Scheduler who can actively dispatch jobs, coordinate subcontractors, support customer communication, and lead from the front.

What You’ll Actually Do (Day to Day)

  • Route out jobs daily for in-house crews and subcontractors

  • Coordinate work with Preferred Partners and subcontracted crews

  • Match jobs to the right teams based on scope, skill, location, and equipment

  • Adjust routes in real time when jobs run long, cancel, or change

  • Be the main point of contact between:

    • Scheduling

    • Field crews

    • Subcontractors

    • Sales & operations

    • Customers when timing, access, or job details need clarification

  • Solve problems as they happen, not after they escalate

  • Maintain job flow, protect margins, and support customer experience

  • Work closely with sales to align scheduling with booked work, reschedules, and capacity

  • Support light sales-related activities such as confirming job readiness, setting expectations, and ensuring smooth handoffs

  • Lead by example inside the scheduling systems, not from the sidelines

This Role Is for You If You…

  • Have experience in dispatch, scheduling, routing, or logistics

  • Understand subcontracting or broker-style operations

  • Are comfortable speaking with customers when needed

  • Stay calm when plans change (because they will)

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with multiple teams

  • Enjoy being hands-on and accountable for outcomes

  • Bring energy, urgency, and leadership to daily operations
