Project Coordinator

<p>TechMagic is looking for a <strong>Project Coordinator / Project Manager</strong> to work closely with the Delivery Manager and take ownership of coordination across several active projects, including a healthcare project involving both a TechMagic engineering team and a US-based client team. The key responsibility of this role is to maintain the right balance between client expectations and team needs while ensuring consistent delivery across projects.</p><h3><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></h3><p><strong>Must have:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of&nbsp;experience in IT,&nbsp;with at least 1 year&nbsp;in a coordination or&nbsp;project/product&nbsp;management role</li><li>Upper-Intermediate&nbsp;or Advanced spoken&nbsp;English</li><li>Strong&nbsp;communication and&nbsp;emotional&nbsp;intelligence; ability&nbsp;to adapt style to&nbsp;different&nbsp;personalities and&nbsp;situations</li><li>Independent&nbsp;judgment, ownership,&nbsp;and confidence&nbsp;handling ambiguous or&nbsp;difficult situations</li><li>Actively uses AI&nbsp;tools and understands&nbsp;key AI concepts well&nbsp;enough to contribute&nbsp;to AI initiative&nbsp;coordination</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working&nbsp;with US clients</li><li>Experience working with healthcare products</li></ul><h3><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></h3><ul><li>Maintain frequent, proactive communication with key client stakeholders, providing visibility into project progress, priorities, blockers, and upcoming releases</li><li>Build a strong relationship with the client and manage a highly involved stakeholder who expects regular communication and visibility</li><li>Work with client requirements, including AI-generated requirements and prototypes — identify the actual business need and validate proposed solutions with the team before development</li><li>Coordinate the internal team, ensuring everyone understands tasks, priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines</li><li>Proactively identify missing requirements, unclear tasks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive them toward resolution</li><li>Build good relationships with individual team members and adapt communication style accordingly</li><li>Conduct regular 1:1s and team syncs to understand concerns, motivation, workload, and delivery risks</li><li>Maintain accountability without unnecessary pressure, using communication, trust, and influence</li><li>Coordinate QA and twice-weekly production releases, ensuring release scope and statuses are properly maintained in Jira</li><li>Act as the bridge between the client, the TechMagic team, and the client-side development team</li></ul><p><strong>PROJECT</strong></p><p><strong>Customer:</strong> Multiple clients, including a US-based healthcare company.</p><p><strong>Type:</strong> Mixed portfolio of projects, including a Healthcare / HealthTech solution.</p><p><strong>Product:</strong> The candidate will coordinate several active projects under the guidance of the Delivery Manager.
